Spare Parts Executive – Construction Equipment Division

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Executive for our Automobile & Construction Equipment Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory, stock control and parts ordering.
- Coordinate with clients for spare parts requirements and enquiries.
- Generate parts sales revenue through customer follow-up and up-selling.
- Handle billing, order-to-sale process and payment follow-up.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure timely availability of fast-moving parts.
- Develop customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Support branch revenue generation and achieve monthly parts sales targets.
- Coordinate with service, sales and accounts teams for smooth parts operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in automobile/construction equipment spare parts.
- Good knowledge of spare parts, inventory management, billing and sales.
- Strong customer coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and Excel/computer knowledge.
Location: As per KA Group requirement
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
