Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from design development to execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Resolve design and technical issues during execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
Pay: ₹17,572.49 - ₹70,925.70 per month
