Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons for primary classes as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching-learning materials.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Develop students’ speaking and listening skills through interactive classroom activities.
- Use storytelling, role plays, games, rhymes, group activities, and audio-visual resources to make learning interesting.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, worksheets, tests, projects, and other activities.
- Identify students who need additional academic support and provide remedial teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and progress.
- Encourage students to participate in debates, storytelling, recitation, reading activities, competitions, and school events.
- Maintain discipline and create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their language skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress and areas requiring improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, training programmes, and school activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan interdisciplinary and co-curricular activities.
- Integrate technology and digital teaching resources into classroom instruction wherever appropriate.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and CBSE-related requirements.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
