We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Farmer Consultants to join our field team.
The role involves guiding farmers, providing crop consultancy, promoting sustainable practices, and supporting the adoption of ESR Agro products for better yields and soil health.
Visit farmers regularly and provide consultation on crop growth, soil management, and pest/disease control.
Recommend the right usage of ESR Agro products (application methods, dosage, timings).
Conduct training programs, farmer meetings, and field demonstrations.
Support farmers in interpreting soil test results and making crop plans.
Collect farmer feedback and prepare field reports for management.
Assist the marketing team in product promotion, farmer camps, and success story documentation.
