Job Summary
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the complete store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material movement, and proper documentation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the metal cutting tooling industry and possess strong knowledge of cutting tools and related industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily store operations, including material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
· Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
· Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
· Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for replenishment.
· Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of all materials.
· Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, and delivery documentation.
· Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
· Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
· Track slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory.
· Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
· Handle tool returns, warranty claims, and vendor returns when required.
Required Skills
· Experience in the Metal Cutting Tooling Industry is mandatory.
· Strong product knowledge of cutting tools, including:
o Carbide Inserts
o Tool Holders
o End Mills
o Drills
o Taps
o Reamers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
