Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research: Identify and map Ideal Customer Profiles in the HNI and family office ecosystem using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and financial databases.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute customized cold outreach campaigns via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and WhatsApp.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' investment readiness, risk appetite, and asset sizes before handing qualified leads over to senior Wealth Advisors.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, track conversion metrics, and update pipeline statuses in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all initial data collection aligns with SEBI and company privacy standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven B2B or financial services lead generation/inside sales experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian financial markets, Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and equity/debt instruments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English/Hindi communication skills with a confident phone presence.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
