Key Responsibilities
1. Conversion & Revenue Generation
* Drive conversion of OP patients into ancillary services (diagnostics, procedures, wellness
programs, etc.).
* Achieve assigned conversion targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Identify opportunities for service upgrades and cross-selling.
2. Patient Counseling
* Counsel patients on recommended treatments, diagnostic services, and health programs.
* Clearly explain benefits, costs, and outcomes to support informed decision-making.
* Address patient concerns and objections effectively to improve conversion rates.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with doctors to understand treatment plans and identify conversion
opportunities.
* Coordinate with Front Office (FO) teams for seamless patient flow and service delivery.
* Ensure timely follow-up with patients for pending decisions.
4. Upselling & Cross-Selling
* Promote and upsell specialized programs such as:
o Diabetes Care Programs
o Mother & Child Programs
o Senior Care Programs
* Upsell add-on packages to Health Check-up patients to enhance value and outcomes.
5. Process & Experience Excellence
* Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the conversion journey.
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, conversions, and follow-ups.
* Adhere to organizational SOPs and compliance guidelines.
6. Working Relationships
* Internal: Doctors, Front Office Team,
