Simra Aveera Private Limited, looking for a Junior Chemistry Faculty to support IIT-JEE & NEET (PCB) batches (Class 11 & 12), with a focus on strong fundamentals, structured learning, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering Chemistry lectures for IIT-JEE & NEET students (Class 11 & 12)
- Support senior faculty in covering core topics
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and assist in revision classes
- Prepare assignments, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and study materials
- Evaluate answer sheets and support performance tracking
- Assist in test discussions and academic activities
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
- Coordinate with academic team for smooth execution of classes
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IIT-JEE/NEET Chemistry coaching
- Strong understanding of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to structured teaching methods
- Ability to connect with students and support their learning
Preferred:
- Prior experience assisting senior faculty
- Exposure to coaching institute environment
- Basic experience with test series and academic systems
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
