Job Summary:
The Die & Tool Maker is responsible for designing, manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and tools used in the production of metal or composite canisters. The role ensures precision, quality, and efficiency in tooling to support smooth production operations.
Experience: 7-10 years in metal or composite cansiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must Have experience in die making of Tin component
- Must have Knowledge of Tool design.
- Manufacture, assemble, and repair dies, Molds, and tooling used for canister production
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs accurately
- Operate toolroom machines such as lathe, milling, grinding.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and dies
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of tools as per specifications
- Modify existing dies and tools to improve performance or resolve production issues
- Work closely with production and design teams to optimize tooling
- Conduct trials and adjustments during new die/tool development
- Maintain proper documentation of tool designs, repairs, and modifications
- Follow safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the toolroom
- Must Have experience in die making of Tin component
- Must have Knowledge of Tool design.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
