We are looking for an experienced Crusher Plant Manager to handle the complete operation and maintenance of the crusher plant. The candidate should have knowledge of production planning, plant maintenance, manpower handling, safety, and dispatch coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of crusher plant
- Achieve production targets as per planning
- Monitor machine performance and breakdowns
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at site
- Handle manpower and shift management
- Maintain daily production and stock reports
- Coordinate with dispatch and quality departments
- Control plant downtime and improve efficiency
- Monitor fuel consumption and operational costs
Requirements
- Experience in crusher plant / quarry / mining industry
- Good knowledge of crushing operations and plant maintenance
- Ability to manage manpower and production activities
- Knowledge of jaw crusher, cone crusher, VSI, screening plant, conveyor system etc.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Diploma / BE Mechanical / Mining preferred
Experience candidate preferred.
