Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The role ensures accurate financial records, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external financial stakeholders.
- Review and approve financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance are an added advantage.
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
