About the Role
Fableknot is looking for a confident and professional Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to connect with couples who submit inquiries for our wedding planning and management services.
The role involves speaking with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and helping convert inquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with incoming leads/inquiries
- Speak professionally with couples and families
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status
Requirements
- Fluent English speaking is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident on phone calls
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM preferred
