Experience:- 10 to 15yrs
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of interior design, modular interiors, fit-outs, or construction industry
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or construction industries
- Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.
