We are XIPL, a fast-moving AI startup building Tuck, an enterprise-grade Virtual Try-On (VTON) platform for global fashion brands. Led by a successful ex-Amazon tech founder, we are bringing world-class engineering to the retail space—and we need world-class HR operations to back it up.
In highly scalable companies, HR is not just about administration; it is about "Mechanism Design"—creating self-sustaining processes that organically drive performance and culture. We are looking for a highly driven, hardworking MBA in HR graduate to join our Kochi office and implement these frameworks from day one.
What You Will Do
This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with the founding team. You will not inherit legacy corporate rules; you will build the playbook.
- Mechanism Design & Process Building: Design, implement, and scale foundational HR processes tailored for a high-growth tech environment. You will build systems that solve operational bottlenecks before they happen.
- Productivity & Performance Tracking: Act as the operational anchor for our engineering and business pods. You will design transparent performance metrics, monitor daily sprint goals, and ensure high productivity without resorting to micromanagement.
- Talent Acquisition: Run the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will source, evaluate, and onboard the next wave of top-tier talent required to fuel our product roadmap.
- Culture & Employee Success: Build and sustain a disciplined, high-performance, and engaging startup culture among a young, highly ambitious team of engineers and operators.

- The Operator: You are highly organized and analytical. You understand that effective HR is driven by data, clear processes, and assertiveness, not just good intentions.
- Crisp Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills—equally effective at resolving an internal team roadblock as you are at pitching our vision to prospective engineering talent.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
