About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for students. You’ll work closely with kids to support their academic growth, classroom management, and overall development.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher with lesson planning, classroom activities, and instruction
Student Guidance: Help students with classwork, homework, doubts, and one-on-one support
Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, attendance, and ensure a safe, organized classroom
Activity Coordination: Organize games, events, art & craft, and other extracurricular activities
Assessments: Assist in checking assignments, worksheets, and maintaining student progress records
Communication: Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student progress
Material Prep: Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, charts, and classroom displays
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
