The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, maintaining accounting systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books.
- Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Prepare and file tax returns, GST/VAT returns, and other statutory reports as applicable.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and government authorities on financial matters.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
