Role Objective
To drive sales growth and maintain high customer retention for mineral water products through proactive outbound calling, lead generation, and efficient order management. The primary goal is to expand the customer base and ensure timely replenishment of water stocks for existing clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate cold calls to potential B2B clients (offices, gyms, hospitals) and households to introduce mineral water products and subscription plans.
- Order Management: Take and process daily or weekly product orders accurately, ensuring they are entered into the system for the delivery team.
- Customer Retention: Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to ensure they have sufficient stock and to encourage timely re-ordering.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their monthly water consumption needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Inquiry Handling: Address customer queries regarding pricing, water quality certifications, delivery schedules, and bulk discounts.
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and order history in the CRM or Excel database.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience (6 months to 2 years) in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
Relevant Skills
- Fluency in Hindi to effectively pitch to diverse customer segments.
- Ability to handle objections regarding pricing and persuade customers to switch from competitors.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software and MS Excel for record-keeping.
- High tolerance for rejection and the ability to maintain a positive, professional tone throughout the day.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
