Position: Junior IT Hardware Executive
Key Responsibilities
* Install and maintain computer hardware, printers, and peripherals
* Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and basic network issues
* Support software installation and system configuration
* Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory
* Provide day-to-day technical support to users
* Coordinate hardware servicing and replacements
* Support LAN, internet, and basic networking activities
* Maintain IT asset records and service reports
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT hardware or technical support
* Diploma or Undergraduate degree in relevant field
* Basic knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
