Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AS400 applications and programs to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system uptime and performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AS400 applications and systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IBM AS400 technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of AS400 applications
Requirements
- Develop AS400 applications with 5-10 years of experience in AS400 development
- Utilize strong proficiency in AS400, IBM Developer, and AS400 IBM
- Apply proven experience with IBM AS400 technologies and tools
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills
- Work effectively in a hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a team
