Job Description:
We are an established e-commerce company with 13+ years of experience, looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Process order tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements
- Resolve customer complaints politely and within TAT
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
- Update customer details and interaction records in CRM
- Follow up on pending customer issues until closure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil mandatory)
- Knowledge in e-commerce / online retail customer support
- Familiar with order management systems, CRM tools
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- Prior experience in D2C brands / online marketplaces
