Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Tableau Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, working knowledge of Power BI, hands-on experience in SQL, and exposure to data engineering tasks using Python. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and supporting data pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data visualizations.
- Work with Power BI for reporting and support cross-platform BI solutions.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing using Python.
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization of dashboards.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document data flows, dashboards, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Tableau development.
- Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, performance tuning).
- Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, etc.).
- Knowledge of data modeling and schema design.
- Exposure to version control systems like Git.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
