Location: Cherkala, Kasaragod
Sabine Hospital & Research Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU In-Charge to lead the Intensive Care Unit. The candidate will oversee ICU operations, ensure high standards of patient care, supervise nursing staff, maintain compliance with NABH protocols, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality critical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICU.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate ICU nursing staff.
- Ensure safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered critical care.
- Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor ICU documentation, medication safety, and quality indicators.
- Oversee ICU equipment, ventilators, emergency crash carts, and inventory.
- Conduct staff orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and emergency preparedness.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing
Experience: Minimum 10–13 years of ICU nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience. Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration is mandatory.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
