Role: Customer Service Officer
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline of support—helping customers resolve queries, troubleshoot service issues, and ensure a smooth service experience across phone, email, and ticket channels.
What You’ll Do
✔ Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and ticket queries
✔ Provide timely updates and solutions for ongoing issues
✔ Log faults with wholesale partners and follow up for resolution
✔ Guide customers through online sales processes
✔ Record clear and accurate notes for every interaction
✔ Escalate complex issues using predefined templates
✔ Work within set service levels and quality guidelines
✔ Maintain strong teamwork and uphold company values
What We’re Looking For
Previous call-centre customer service experience (required)
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to troubleshoot and support customers confidently
Experience with ticketing systems & customer management tools (preferred)
Tech-savvy, comfortable with IT & internet-based systems
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Proactive, autonomous, and committed to delivering results
A team player who fosters positive morale
General Requirements
You must be open to working on a rotating roster, including:
