Job Description:
We are hiring a Civil Supervisor for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing manpower, ensuring work quality, and completing work within project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities.
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage labor teams and allocate daily tasks.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
Monitor project progress and maintain site records.
Ensure availability of materials and equipment at site.
Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues.
Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
Good knowledge of civil execution and site management.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Strong communication and team handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
