Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial transactions, statutory compliance, banking operations, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts.
Banking & Payments
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions and documentation.
GST & Taxation
- Prepare GST working and assist in GST return filing.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records.
- Verify GST compliance of vendors.
- Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Billing & Invoicing
- Generate customer invoices and debit/credit notes.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with commercial and project teams for billing documentation.
Payroll Support
- Assist in salary processing and payroll verification.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and advance records.
- Support PF, ESIC, and labor compliance activities.
Audit & Compliance
- Prepare documents for internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain compliance records and supporting documents.
- Assist in tax audits and financial audits.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate expense analysis and budget reports.
- Track cash flow, outstanding receivables, and payable schedules.
- Support management with financial data and analysis.

Salary
As per knowledge, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
