Position Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process. They act as the first point of contact, providing information about programs, eligibility, and institutional policies, while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Tele calling & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate interest in programs.
Follow up with leads from campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
Maintain call logs and track conversion rates.
Student Engagement
Counsel prospective students on academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Conduct campus tours and information sessions.
Application Management
Assist students in completing application forms and compiling required documents.
Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with academic departments for eligibility verification.
Outreach & Marketing
Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop admission campaigns.
Maintain relationships with feeder schools and educational consultants.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and applications.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on admissions progress.
Use CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
Student Support
Provide guidance on scholarships, financial aid, and fee structures.
Assist international students with visa and documentation queries.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the admission cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Desired Skills
Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse student backgrounds.
Presentation and public speaking skills.
Multilingual abilities (preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Work Environment
Mon-Sat, 9-5
Office-based with occasional travel for outreach events.
Location: Infopark, Kakkanad
Pay: ₹10,307.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
