Lead Generation Executive
Are you passionate about sales, communication, and connecting with businesses? Join our team as a Lead Generation Executive and play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects.
In this role, you'll engage with potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate quality leads. You'll qualify prospects using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework, identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and schedule meetings for the sales team. You'll maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with prospects, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and lead qualification
- Understanding of BANT, MQL, and SQL concepts (or willingness to learn)
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
