Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, customer-friendly, and passionate Fashion Designer cum Sales Executive to join our boutique. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of modest fashion trends, assist customers in selecting suitable outfits, create and develop new abaya and modest wear designs, and contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesFashion Designing
- Design new abayas, modest dresses, tops, and Islamic fashion collections.
- Create seasonal collections based on market trends and customer demand.
- Prepare design sketches, fabric combinations, embroidery ideas, and color concepts.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Assist in selecting fabrics, accessories, buttons, laces, and trims.
- Monitor quality, fitting, and finishing of newly developed products.
- Research fashion trends while maintaining modest and elegant styling.
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in styling, sizing, and color selection.
- Handle trial sessions and custom order consultations.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Promote newly launched collections and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Inventory & Store Operations
- Arrange merchandise neatly and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock availability and report fast-moving or low-stock items.
- Assist in stock taking and inventory management.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer feedback and product demand.
Social Media Support (Preferred)
- Assist in creating styling ideas and product content for social media.
- Help during product photoshoots and new collection launches.
- Suggest trendy collections based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing or related field (preferred).
- Experience in boutique, abaya, or modest fashion is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong creativity and enthusiasm may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong fashion sense with knowledge of modest wear.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer service ability.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.
- Ability to sketch or use fashion design software is an added advantage.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
