About the Role:
Join us to work on real Business Transformation Projects — from performance audits to process optimization. You’ll assist in identifying operational inefficiencies, supporting digital outreach/Marketing, coordination, content creation& management, documentation.
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Mode: Hybrid (1 day office + 4 days WFH)
Stipend: ₹5,000 month (Any salary Correction Post successful completion of Probation)
Eligibility: Any Graduate & above (Any stream)

→ Good with Excel, PowerPoint & online tools, Working knowledge of social media
→Own laptop + stable internet, Proficient in MS Office,
→Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
→Interest in consulting, operations & business processes, digital transformation.
→ Genuine people willing to learn and work seriously
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Conduct & Assist in business performance audits & process reviews, documentation
✔ Manage data analysis, stakeholder communication, and management consulting tasks
✔ Create and update content for social media increased digital outreach
✔ Prepare defined documents by collating and formatting data (Internal & External)
✔ Use of online tool for content creation, data management, and workflow tracking
✔ Collate and prepare reports, SOPs, and presentations using online tools
✔ Any addition tasks as per business Requirement
