Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Apple Accessories Head to lead the B2B dealer business operations across Kerala. The role is responsible for developing and managing the dealer network, driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong channel partnerships for Apple-compatible accessories.
The position focuses exclusively on Apple Accessories business through dealers and channel partners .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Network Development & Management
- Develop, expand, and manage Apple Accessories dealer network across Kerala.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Build strong business relationships with existing dealers.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and ensure continuous engagement.
- Improve dealer productivity and sales performance.
2. B2B Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and execute dealer-wise sales growth plans.
- Drive secondary sales through channel partners.
- Increase market penetration and brand presence across Kerala.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
3. Channel Strategy & Execution
- Develop effective B2B channel strategies for Apple Accessories.
- Manage dealer schemes, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Ensure proper product availability and channel support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and stock planning.
4. Product & Category Management
- Manage Apple Accessories portfolio including:
- Premium mobile cases
- Screen protectors
- Chargers & adapters
- Data cables
- MagSafe accessories
- Wireless charging solutions
- Power banks
- Other Apple-compatible accessories
- Analyze market demand and recommend new product categories.
5. Dealer Relationship & Commercial Management
- Handle dealer negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Monitor dealer outstanding payments and credit discipline.
- Resolve dealer concerns and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Collect market feedback and provide business insights.
6. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Provide regular updates to management on market trends and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Apple Accessories / Mobile Accessories / Consumer Electronics B2B Sales.
- Strong dealer and distribution network knowledge in Kerala.
- Experience managing channel sales and dealer relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
