Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Marketing Executive to promote our overseas education services and strengthen our presence across schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions. This is a field-intensive role, with approximately 70% of the time spent travelling to educational institutions, conducting promotional activities, organising seminars, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and networking skills, be comfortable with extensive travel, and have a passion for interacting with students and educational professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Institutional Outreach & Relationship Management
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational organisations to promote the company's overseas education services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counsellors, placement officers, teachers, and institutional decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new institutional partnerships to expand the company's network.

Marketing & Student Engagement
Organise and coordinate seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, workshops, and promotional events.- Deliver presentations on overseas education opportunities, study destinations, universities, admission processes, scholarships, and visa pathways.
- Represent the company at educational events and exhibitions.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure effective brand visibility at partner institutions.
Generate quality student leads through institutional visits and promotional activities.- Collect and maintain accurate student data and enquiry information.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads by coordinating with the counselling and admissions teams.
- Meet monthly lead generation and institutional visit targets.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and student engagement.- Develop new marketing initiatives to expand the company's reach.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and student preferences.

Reporting & Administration
Maintain records of daily field visits, institutional meetings, seminars conducted, and leads generated.- Submit regular activity reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, educational marketing, business development, admissions, or sales.
- Experience in the overseas education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in speaking to large student groups and institutional representatives.
- Strong organisational and event coordination skills.
- Lead generation and business development skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education, study abroad programmes, or international admissions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
