Job Summary: The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of pharmaceutical products and raw materials for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Procurement Process:
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, including delivery times and quality of goods.
3. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of pharmaceutical products and raw materials.
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to track stock levels and reorder points. Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing
- Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders, supplier contracts, and transactions.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and inventory status.
- Ensure all procurement documentation meets regulatory and audit requirements.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the quality control, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders promptly.
7. Cost Management:
- Analyze market trends and conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Monitor and control the procurement budget to ensure cost effectiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
