About the Role
We are looking for energetic and dedicated Paper Bag Making Machine Operators to operate various paper bag manufacturing machines. Candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome, and experienced candidates will be given preference.
Machines to be Operated
- Square Bottom Bag Making Machine
- ECOM Machine
- Paper Bag Making Machine
- Tapping Machine
- Corrugation Machine
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned paper bag manufacturing machines efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Ensure smooth machine operation with minimum downtime.
- Produce paper bags as per quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform basic machine settings, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
- Identify and report machine breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection and wastage.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GMP, and 5S practices.
- Maintain proper production records and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the machine and work area.
Qualification
- ITI (Fitter / Turner / Electrician / Mechanic / Machine Operator or equivalent) OR
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
- Freshers can also apply.
Experience
- 0 to 5 Years
- Experience in paper bag manufacturing or packaging industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of machine operation
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn new machines
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Quality-conscious and safety-oriented
Salary
- Minimum Salary: ₹20,000 per month,
- Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
