Duties & Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and monitor the progress of works at various construction sites
- To assist the Projects Head in planning and implementation of Projects.
- Work with the Project Head to ensure all projects are completed before schedule with excellent quality, and within the budget.
- To create periodic reports for various projects and action plans.
- To attend regular project review meetings with senior management.
Educational Qualifications:
B.E- Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager in construction projects preferably in the hospitality sector.
or
Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of professional experience as a project manager in construction projects preferably in the hospitality sector.
