We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition, vendor development, and strategic negotiations in the biomass pellet shell trading sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of renewable energy markets, supply chain dynamics, and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Energy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, trading, or renewable energy sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in client and vendor relationship management.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in biomass pellet shell trading.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Vendor Development: Source, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure reliable supply and quality standards.
- Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of contracts.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, client pipeline, and business performance.
