Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Process Associate with experience in US Healthcare Provider Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, and Physician Billing. The candidate will be responsible for managing provider credentialing and enrollment activities, maintaining accurate provider information, coordinating with insurance payers, and supporting physician billing and RCM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
- Complete and maintain provider enrollment applications with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
- Verify provider credentials, licenses, certifications, NPI, DEA, CAQH, malpractice insurance, and other required documents.
- Maintain and update provider information in credentialing systems and payer portals.
- Monitor credentialing and enrollment status and follow up with payers on pending applications.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, Physician Billing, or RCM.
- Good understanding of US healthcare payers and provider enrollment processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of CAQH, NPI, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Understanding of physician billing, claims, denials, and payer processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report to get claims reimbursed.
Undertaking denial follow up and appeals.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Good Analytical, Oral and Written Skills.
Typing Skills: 30 words/min.
Familiar with Microsoft office suite.
Travel Allowance 6k
Experience:
Relevant Exp: 1-4 years in Credentialing (US healthcare).
Education: Graduation Mandatory.
Location: Madapur - Hyderabad
Timings:
Should be flexible with night shift timings (5:30 pm to 2:30 am).
5 Days work - Fixed shift (Saturday and Sunday Week off).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
