Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Network Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in computer hardware, desktop support, networking, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, chip-level hardware servicing, and IT infrastructure management. The candidate should also possess excellent leadership skills and be capable of managing a technical support team while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network security devices.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and structured cabling.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, and User Administration.
- Perform server installation, maintenance, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
- Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform chip-level servicing and motherboard-level troubleshooting of desktops and laptops.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, security, and hardware issues.
- Implement network security policies, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and firewall configurations.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V (preferred).
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and AMC support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT support team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for critical infrastructure issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Support new IT infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, RHCE, VMware, or equivalent are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Server Administration, and Hardware Support.
- Proven experience in leading an IT support or infrastructure team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
