Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Dealer Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with property dealers, channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, generating sales opportunities, and driving business growth through strong partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage new real estate dealers and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure regular engagement.
- Conduct dealer meetings, property presentations, and project briefings.
- Generate leads and sales through the dealer network.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
- Plan and execute dealer incentive programs and promotional activities.
- Track dealer performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Resolve dealer queries and provide timely support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of the real estate market.
- Ability to achieve sales and acquisition targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, or Channel Sales will be an added advantage.
