Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and develop HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and company policies. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws.
- Support management in HR planning and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR management and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, employee relations, and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
