About the Role
Apna Ghar Lifespaces is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and high-performing Sales Manager to accelerate our business growth, maximize revenue generation, and lead our primary sales operations.
The ideal candidate will own the entire sales pipeline—from lead conversion to final deal closure. You will implement strategic sales initiatives, optimize conversion funnels, build strong channel partner relationships, and deliver exceptional consultative selling experiences to prospective property buyers.
Key Responsibilities (Core Deliverables)
- Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation: Drive end-to-end sales pipelines, convert high-intent inbound leads into successful property acquisitions, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Site Visits & Client Consultations: Conduct high-impact, face-to-face site presentations and property walk-throughs. Deliver personalized consultative pitches based on client investment criteria, portfolio needs, and spatial preferences.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Manage high-value financial negotiations, structure commercial terms, handle price objections, and drive high-conversion deal closures.
- Channel Partner Management: Build, nurture, and scale a robust network of Channel Partners (CPs), real estate brokers, and wealth advisors to boost external lead generation and pipeline velocity.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics: Conduct continuous competitor analysis, monitor market trends, track micro-market price movements in Pune, and identify emerging demand patterns.
- CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Ensure 100% data hygiene by tracking lead lifecycles, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales forecasts in the CRM software.
- Post-Sales Liaison: Collaborate with the CRM and documentation teams to facilitate smooth booking processes, token collections, allocation letters, and customer onboarding.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a strong advantage).
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of aggressive, proven track record in Real Estate Sales (Primary Residential/Commercial sales experience in Pune is highly preferred).
- Skills: Elite interpersonal skills, executive presence, sharp negotiation capability, and the ability to articulate architectural and financial value propositions clearly.
- Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written command over English and Hindi. Proficient command over Marathi is highly preferred to engage with local HNIs and investors.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle for client meetings, site tours, and corporate networking.
