Statutory In-Charge
Role Summary
The Statutory In-Charge is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable statutory labour laws and regulations. The role involves managing statutory filings, coordinating with government authorities, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring timely submission of statutory contributions and returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Professional Tax (PT), Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and payment of statutory dues.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Liaise with government departments, labour offices, PF and ESI authorities during inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and remittances.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external statutory audits.
- Ensure employee records and compliance documents are updated and readily available.
- Prepare compliance reports and MIS for management review.
- Address employee queries related to statutory benefits and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards across all locations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
