Job Overview
We are looking for a Textile Production Specialist who has a strong understanding of textile materials, yarns, fabrics, and production processes. The role involves managing and coordinating textile production activities from raw material to final output while ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth workflow execution.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of yarns, weaving, dyeing, fabric handling, and production coordination, along with the ability to manage day-to-day production requirements effectively.
Candidates located nearby or comfortable working from Debipur, Memari, Purba Bardhaman will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate textile production activities from yarn sourcing to final fabric output
- Understand different types of yarns, fabrics, weaving structures, and textile processes
- Monitor production workflow and ensure timely execution of work
- Coordinate with weavers, dyeing units, artisans, and production teams
- Ensure fabric quality, consistency, and process accuracy during production
- Assist in production planning, raw material tracking, and workflow management
- Identify and resolve basic production or quality-related issues
- Maintain production records and coordinate task allocation efficiently
- Support process improvement and overall production efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in textile production, weaving, dyeing, or fabric manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of yarns, fabrics, textile production processes, and quality parameters
- Ability to manage production coordination and communication with teams
- Basic understanding of handloom, weaving, dyeing, or textile manufacturing processes
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of weaving, dyeing, yarn count, GSM, fabric structures, and textile finishing
- Experience working with production teams or textile units
- Understanding of fabric quality control and production timelines
- Interest in handloom, sustainable textiles, or artisan-based production systems
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
