Job Role & Description: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join us. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads and converting them into successful admissions for our institute courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct local marketing campaigns, distribute leaflets, and visit nearby spots to generate student leads.
- Interact with students and parents, explain course benefits, and collect contact details (leads).
- Follow up with collected leads to drive walk-ins and close admissions.
Salary & High-Incentive Commission Structure:
- Fixed Base Salary: ₹2,500 to ₹3,500 per month.
- Performance Bonus: Earn generous commissions paid directly on successful admissions from your collected leads. The more admissions you close, the higher you earn per seat:
- Up to 10 Admissions: ₹50 per admission
- 11 to 20 Admissions: ₹100 per admission
- 21+ Admissions: ₹150 per admission
Requirements:
- Excellent convincing and communication skills in local languages.
- Highly disciplined, energetic, and target-driven.
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
