About the role:
We are looking for someone who lives on Instagram and actually understands why certain content works. This is not a job for someone who just knows how to edit videos. We want someone who is genuinely curious about trends, watches what is performing well for similar pages, and brings that learning into every video they make.
Scripts will be provided. Your job is to bring them to life as clean, well-paced, visually consistent short-form reels and upload them to Drive on a regular schedule.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create 7-8 engaging short-form Instagram Reels (around 60 seconds each) every week based on provided scripts.
2. Edit faceless videos using text overlays, relevant visuals, transitions, and background music.
3. Stay updated with Instagram Reels trends and identify content formats that perform well.
4. Research similar pages to understand trending editing styles, pacing, text formats, and music.
5. Maintain a clean and consistent visual style across all videos.
6. Upload completed videos to the shared Google Drive within weekly deadlines.
7. Share new content ideas and trending reel formats that could improve page performance.
Other requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
1. Spends time on Instagram and understands what makes Reels perform well.
2. Has experience creating short-form videos (personal projects or freelance work is also acceptable).
3. Has a good eye for text timing, pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling.
And is comfortable using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, or similar video editing software.
4. Is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to consistently deliver weekly content.
5. Freshers are welcome. Strong sample work or portfolio is preferred over prior work experience.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
