Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, identifying opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes, challenges, and requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, automation, and data analytics across business functions.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and AI developers to deliver solutions.
- Develop and evaluate AI/GenAI use cases and assess their feasibility, business value, and ROI.
- Analyse business data and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create process maps, BRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and solution documentation.
- Support implementation, testing, UAT, and rollout of AI-driven and technology-enabled solutions.
- Monitor implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, and AI-driven business applications.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Preferred
- Experience working on GenAI/LLM-based solutions, chatbots, AI agents, or intelligent automation.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, AI, Data Analytics, or related fields.
