Key Responsibilities:
Mold Development & Modification: Lead the design, manufacturing, and development of new high-precision injection molds for medical devices (IV Cannulas, components, and caps).
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Ensure regular preventive maintenance and quick breakdown handling of existing multi-cavity hot runner molds to keep production down-time minimal.
Machine Shop Management: Supervise the running and planned activities of the tool room machinery (such as CNC, VMC, EDM Wirecut, and high-precision grinding machines).
Production Alignment: Guarantee the timely availability of tools and spares to support production schedules and increase overall machine efficiency (OEE).
Quality & Tolerance Standards: Maintain international medical standards (ISO 13485 / GMP) for tool modifications, ensuring precision tolerances of parts within micrometers (microns).
Inventory & Spare Management: Maintain stock levels for critical mold components and tool room consumables (cores, cavities, pins, and springs).
New Product Development (NPD): Work closely with the R&D and QA teams during product testing and trial runs of new components.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
