Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers from provided cold data
Pitch credit card products and explain features & benefits
Generate customer interest and close sales
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in telecalling / sales (credit card or banking preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of credit cards or banking products
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
