Job Description :
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator with good experience to support project planning, tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth communication between departments, maintain project documentation, and assist in timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Prepare MIS reports and present project status updates to management.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to the PMO lead when required.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards.
- Maintain records of meetings, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and action trackers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in PMO / project coordination / operations role.
Required Skills:
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project management concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of PMO frameworks and reporting structures.
