Team Management: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and pipeline audits.
Goal Setting: Establish clear, actionable sales quotas for individuals and the team, and track daily or weekly progress against targets.
Performance Coaching: Work alongside team members to refine their pitches, overcome objections, and close high-value deals.
Reporting & Strategy: Analyze sales metrics, manage CRM health, and report on team performance to senior management.
Customer Escalations: Assist in resolving high-level customer complaints and support the negotiation of complex contracts.
