Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Promoter to promote painting services, generate new business opportunities, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customer leads through field sales activities.
- Promote painting products and services to residential and commercial customers.
- Conduct shop visits and meet potential clients.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance & Sales Incentives: Up to ₹5,200 per month
- Food & Accommodation: Provided when working at other locations (as applicable).
Work Location
Candidates will be deployed across five Coimbatore office/service locations based on business requirements.
